
Elizabeth Lorenzo
As office manager, Elizabeth is responsible for accounts receivable, coordinating all extra work purchase orders/change orders, processing contracts, and maintaining the company insurance policies. She also assists the general manager and ensures that all tasks are completed by company staff as directed.
Prior to Maxicrete she was in charge of residential tract homes estimating and scheduling. She also coordinated the manufacturing of carriage house doors and entry doors. Her background also includes working as an insurance producer. Elizabeth is licensed to sell all personal and commercial insurance.
Elizabeth says:

Bryan spearheads Maxicrete’s safety and compliance program. His job is to prevent injuries and deal with employee care if they do occur. As a senior manager, he also gets involved in project management, human resources and insurance compliance.
Bryan was in construction before attending Chiropractic College. At Maxicrete, he is happy to be in a role that blends his skills and interests. Bryan has dealt with HR and Insurance for the past 12 years and safety for the last eight.
Bryan says:

Pablo manages and oversees Maxicrete job sites. His responsibilities also include scheduling work crews and ordering materials through our purchasing department.
He is a 12-year veteran of the industry, with prior experience as a laborer and manager that prepared him for his extensive Maxicrete duties.
Pablo says:

With 21 years of experience, Joaquin is a key member of the Maxicrete management team. His responsibilities as supervisor include concrete finishing, handling and coordinating the materials for jobs, operating machinery, and managing projects safely and on time.
Joaquin is also responsible for training, eminence, and operations of the company’s Gomaco curb and gutter machine.
He also implements our English language training program for employees.
Joaquin says:

As a Maxicrete supervisor, Sal manages and supervises jobs, schedules work and orders material. He is also in charge of our Precast Division.
Sal is another veteran of our industry, with 16 years of experience. Prior to joining Maxicrete, Sal was involved in setup and pouring of foundations, driveways, and patios.
Sal says:

Kiko is Maxicrete’s area manager. His responsibilities include managing job sites, scheduling and ordering materials. He also manages all the billing for our projects, deals with clients, architects and subcontractors, and has overall responsibility for bringing quality projects in, on time and on budget.
Kiko has been in the business for 14 years, with prior experience as a concrete laborer, finisher, and carpenter-finisher.
Kiko says:

Dave manages the company’s purchasing department. He is responsible for coordinating all materials purchasing and material deliveries to jobsites.
Dave also assists with project management when needed.
Dave says:

Jed applies his experience as a welder, mechanic and electrician to manage the company’s Metal Division. He is in charge of all aspects of the Division’s operations, including metal projects oversight, staff training, and workmanship of the work produced.
Jed also supervises our Benicia, California shop.
Jed says:
